Individual Leadership Coaching

Our coaching approach is designed for managers facing routine daily challenges as well as larger organizational ones. We look to address a client’s identified areas of challenge within the context of the person’s style, motivation to change, the culture of the system and the work to be done.

We create a coaching relationship built upon mutual trust. The job of a coach is to provide both a compassionate and challenging structure within which clients can accomplish their goals. We work on three levels – self awareness, behavioral change and systemic support.

Self Awareness

  • Helps individuals understand the implications of their thought processes to leverage learning and insight beyond a particular instance to future situations
  • Looks at root causes of an issue, paying attention to the range and depth of human reaction - affect, energy, verbal and non verbal expression
Behavioral Change

  • Highlights the difference between intention and impact
  • Suggests behavioral changes to enhance leadership style and practice
Systemic Support
  • Addresses actual issues as well as developing individual and team capacity to solve problems in the context of the organization
  • Examines organization/systemic issues and opportunities as necessary to support behavioral changes
