Enhancing Management Team Effectiveness

We work with Management Teams that:

  • want to be better aligned with one another
  • have difficulty communicating with one another
  • need to set a vision and supporting structures for their work as a team

We work systematically, following a clear set of steps:

  • We interview team members to determine the goals and issues from all perspectives.
  • We establish goals for our work that everyone agrees to.
  • We establish a clear timetable to systematically work through each of the goals, stopping to examine and process the impact of different communication and work styles.
  • To ensure that agreements and guidelines we create are actually used, we work in short segments over time to allow integration, incorporation and adjustment of tools and guidelines into daily work routines.

We provide tools:

  1. to help the participants understand their own and others strengths,
  2. to analyze the assumptions they were making about others responses
  3. to help them communicate effectively with one another.

We consistently check back with the established goals and adjust them as necessary as we go along.
